Happy July! Hope you all are enjoying a start to a great and warm month. This past trip I headed to Barcelona and Mallorca to visit friends and eat my weight in almost anything. Here are a few photos, hope you’ll enjoy…
First up, I went to Barcelona. I made sure the Airbnb’s that I rented were within walking distance to active districts with great nightlife. (Barcelona has so many rad unique places, which are more affordable than many hotels.)
This city offers so many things to love. Walking through Parc de la Ciutadella I saw an amazing graffiti artist sharing is vision with the world. He was using so many great colors that I had to stop, stare, and snap a photo.
Continuing my journey on foot I went to so many gorgeous places but the little things caught my eye like when I ordered coffee and to my left the shop owner had placed a self-portrait. The story behind it is of a lost love and a great glass of a wine and never ending cigarette.
Two restaurants I had a great time at was Firebug and a pizza place that I am forgetting the name of.
Mallorca was such an experience! We rented one of the only automatic cars on the island and honestly just drove around the entire island. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Let me know what you think or if you would like recommendations!
